Orientation and Training

Peer Mentors complete a brief orientation that introduces the MavMentors program, outlines expectations, and reviews the milestone-based structure. Training is delivered through an individual interview and resource materials shared in Microsoft Teams, with ongoing guidance provided by the Career Development Center staff.
